How do I know my data stays mine?

Your data lives in its own locked vault
Every client gets a dedicated tenant — a separate, encrypted directory on our infrastructure. No shared databases. No mixed records. Your leads and another agent's leads never sit in the same file.
Encrypted with a key only your account unlocks
Credentials (CRM, email, WhatsApp) are stored encrypted at rest with per-tenant keys derived from your own auth. Even with root server access, they're gibberish until decrypted in-memory during your session.
Vela's AI only sees your context
Each AI call is scoped to one tenant. The system refuses to mix tenants by design. Your leads, your messages, your context — never co-mingled with anyone else's.
